The goods are not refundable if a prepayment has been paid for and the specification has been agreed upon. If the goods are identified shortcomings or unsatisfactory quality of the goods is altered.
We also draw your attention to the fact that when you receive and pay for the order, the buyer, in the presence of the courier, is obliged to check the equipment and appearance of the product for lack of physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips and completeness). Returns do not accept goods that have lost their appearance, as well as with any signs of use and exploitation!
After departure of the courier claims on these issues are not considered.
When refunding for the goods, we do not compensate for the shipping costs that were in the original order.
